Holiday: A generous 25 days per year (plus bank holidays), with the potential to increase to 28 days per year through our service recognition scheme (Pro Rata for part-time workers).

Life Insurance: A no-cost benefit amount of three times your annual salary providing peace of mind for your loved ones.

Occupational Sick Pay: From 4 weeks after 1 year of service up to 26 weeks after 6 years’ service.

Educational Assistance Program: Employees once eligible can participate in the Educational Assistance Program.  This program provides a reimbursement of education expenses to aid employees in their formal education pursuits.

Employee Assistance Plan: Employees also have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which provides confidential 24/7 assistance for real solutions for real life items.

Health Benefits: Employees once eligible, can participate in group health insurance coverage at a shared cost offering medical, dental and vision. 

401(k) Plan: Eligible employees are able to participate in the 401(k) plan offering both a pre-tax and roth option.  The company provides a 100% matching contribution up to 6% of salary each year for eligible employee. 

Life Insurance: A no-cost benefit amount of one year’s annual salary plus $15,000 providing peace of mind for your loved ones.

Sport & Leisure: A discounted membership is offered to our local gym facility, which includes; fitness and cardio classes, a senior fitness program, martial arts, fencing, self-defense classes, weight rooms, resistance equipment, art cardio and fitness equipment, racquetball, handball, basketball, locker rooms with whirlpool spas, tanning, and saunas.

Vacation: A generous 10 days per year, with the potential to increase to 25 days per year through service recognition.

Holidays: Nine days paid holiday per year.
